Vandals at Mill Creek Overlook!

Homeowners, please be on the lookout for any non-members in or around the pond. Over the past several months, repeated acts of vandalism have occurred. Late Saturday night/early Sunday morning seems to be the time of choice.

> Gazebo pickets have been kicked out into the pond.
> The Gazebo fan blades have been broken off.
> The 'Private Lake' sign has been kicked down multiple times.
> The electrical connection box for the fountain has been broken into and damaged.

The association has place 'Reward' fliers in many local mailboxes, in an attempt to track down the perpetrator(s).
A police report has been filed.

Earlier in the year, we had several automobiles ransacked. Please secure your valuables by locking your car doors and placing anything tempting out of sight.

Speeding Problem

posted Oct 15, 2009 1:20 PM by Tim Hungerford   [ updated Mar 18, 2010 6:14 AM ]

Dear Homeowners,

Daylight Saviings Time is here once again!  As a result, more and more foot-traffic will begin to appear on Clifford Court. Since we have no sidewalks, the street is our only option. PLEASE obey the 25 MPH posted speed limit! The seconds you save by speeding are not worth the consequences. Tim Hungerford's son was narrowly missed by a  speeding car in a neighborhood just like ours. His nephew, who was playing with his son was not so lucky. The nephew was run over and dragged for 100'. Although he survived, his life was permanently altered with disabilities. The driver was bankrupted and now has a criminal record. That could be you!
