Architectural Committee

When requesting approval from the ACC please keep the following in mind:

* No structure shall be built, erected, placed or moved onto or permitted to remain on any lot nor shall any existing structure on any lot be altered in any way, which materially changes the exterior appearance of the structure or lot, unless plans and specifications are submitted and approved by the ACC.
* When in doubt submit a plan to the ACC.

All plans and specifications should be in a form that contains information necessary for the ACC to properly evaluate the request. Such information that is required by the ACC includes the following:

1. A site plan showing the location of all proposed and existing structures on the lot including building setbacks, open space, driveways, walkways and parking spaces
2. A foundation plan (where applicable)
3. A floor plan (where applicable)
4. Exterior elevations of all proposed structures and alterations to the existing structure, as the structure will appear after all back-filling and landscaping are complete
5. A list of specifications of materials, color scheme, lighting scheme and other details affecting the exterior appearance of all proposed structures and alterations to existing structures
6. Plans for landscaping and grading
